This program welcomes beginner and intermediate-level Pickleball players! Pickleball is a fun sport for all ages and athletic backgrounds. It is fast, fun, social and great exercise! Pickleball offers participants an opportunity to combine the most exciting elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis in a fast-paced, easy-to-learn game for four players. Beginner-level players will learn the rules of play and practice improving serves, forehands, backhands and volleys. Intermediate-level players will improve by changing the pace, direction and placement of the shot while working on topspin, backspin and side spin methodologies. Appropriate athletics attire and footwear required. Bring a racquet to each session. Register quickly - space is limited. To ensure the program is enjoyable for all, players will be grouped based on their skill level at the beginning and throughout the program. No class February 15.
